ION 7650/ ION 7550

- PM700P adds two pulse outputs to the basic version
- PM710 adds one RS-485 port (Modbus) to the basic version
- PM750 adds an RS 485, two digital inputs, one digital output and 15 user configurable alarms to the basic version
